having problems getting the images to show

I'm having an issue getting the images to post on my forum

in the Roamingthreads panel i see "Emails Parsed" but nothing for images processed and they're not posting on the site.
I had setup a flickr account, I'd like to use it if it works like I think, but I have it setup in a local file now, thinking that was the problem

Are the permissions for your local directory where the roaming images are stored set to 777?
